Collectively, Madison Pacific Trust Limited, Madison Pacific Pte Limited, Madison Pacific Limited, Beijing Madison Consulting Co. Ltd, Madison Pacific Corporate Services Limited and MPCSL Nominees Limited are known as Madison Pacific.
With effect from 1 March 2018 (the “Commencement Date”), Trust or Company Service Providers (TCSPs”) are required to apply for a licence from the Registrar of Companies (the “Registrar”) to carry on a trust or company service business, and to comply with statutory customer due diligence (“CDD”) and record-keeping requirements. The relevant legislation is contained in the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) (Amendment) Ordinance 2018, which amends the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (Financial Institutions) Ordinance (Cap 615) (the “AMLO”).
Each of Madison Pacific Trust Limited, Madison Pacific Corporate Services Limited and MPCSL Nominees Limited has been granted TCSP license and is required to apply CDD and record-keeping requirements to all new and existing clients.
In addition to obtaining TCSP licensed status, Madison Pacific Trust Limited is a trust corporation registered under §78(1) of the Hong Kong Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29), regulated by the Hong Kong Financial Secretary and Director of Accounting Services of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Madison Pacific Pte Limited is a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Singapore.
Madison Pacific Limited is a limited company registered in England and Wales.
Beijing Madison Consulting Co. Ltd is a limited liability company that is a wholly foreign owned enterprise under the laws of China.
Madison Pacific Corporate Services Limited is a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong.
MP collects personal information as part of our “Know Your Client” process to comply with various regulatory and jurisdictional requirements and we may come across personal data as part of general business communications with related business parties.
MP communicates with parties of whom personal data is collected the reasons for the collation. All data will be kept strictly confidential.
MP retains information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, the legal or business purposes of MP, or as required by relevant laws.

We will provide the information free of charge and within one month, except in the event that the request is unfounded, excessive or repetitive, in which case we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse.
