In addition to obtaining TCSP licensed status, Madison Pacific Trust Limited is a trust corporation registered under s78(1) of the Hong Kong Trustee Ordinance (Cap.29), regulated by the Hong Kong Financial Secretary and Director of Accounting Services.

Madison Pacific Pte. Limited has been issued with a Trust Business Licence by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
