Vicky Münzer-Jones was a Panelist on a TACT Webinar

On 27 July, Vicky Münzer-Jones, Director and Head of Madison Pacific London office, was a panellist on a webinar titled “Insolvency, Defaults and Other Restructurings”, organised by TACT (The Association of Corporate Trustees).

The panel comprised of experts from the field of corporate trustees who shared their previous experiences on defaults and restructurings and applied such experiences to the current and anticipated impact of COVID 19 on the financial markets and the roles of agents and trustees. The panel was chaired by Clare Tanner (K&L Gates) and Vicky was joined by panellists Sarah Porter and Simon Porter from Baker McKenzie, Eliot Solarz from The Law Debenture Trust Corporation) and Sunday Radia from Proskauer.
