Professional Experience

Leo Leong joined Madison Pacific in 2020 as Financial Controller responsible for the overall financial management of the Group. In additional to the regular tasks associated with this role, he has particular focus on consolidation and reporting, to ensure compliance to group policies as well as financial systems control and external audit.

Leo has significant experience in regional control and financial management covering almost all countries in the Asia Pacific region ex Japan for both pre IPO and listed companies. Prior to joining Madison Pacific, Leo was the Regional Finance Director at Perfect Group being the second largest direct selling company in China. Prior to that, Leo worked at IDT Telecom a NYSE listed telecommunication company as Regional Financial Controller. His other major experience was all gained from multinational corporations including Intel Semiconductor, HID Global and A.S. Watson Group.

Leo received his BEc. majoring in Accounting from University of Sydney. He speaks English and Cantonese.
