Amy was formerly group manager of the company secretary department of a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited where she was responsible for structuring and carrying out mergers and acquisitions in various industries for companies incorporated in the BVI, Cayman Islands, Cambodia, Hong Kong and the PRC as well as setting up WFOE and joint ventures entities in those jurisdictions. Amy also has experience in corporate fundraising (through equity and debt issuance).
Amy was heavily involved in dealing with The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Securities and Futures Commission. Prior to that, Amy spent four years working in the professional accounting industry based in Hong Kong and Canada. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
