Jason joined Madison Pacific in 2021. He has broad experience in various banking and DCM new finance and refinancing structures, debt restructuring and default matters across the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Madison Pacific, Jason worked at a leading international law firm where he was involved in a wide range of corporate finance and commercial transactions, including initial public offering (IPO), mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and other general commercial matters.
Jason is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
