Winnie Lee

Winnie joined Madison Pacific in early 2021 as Compliance Director overseeing the Madison Pacific Group’s regulatory and compliance function.

Prior to joining Madison Pacific, Winnie was a VP with Duff & Phelps (now Kroll). She was primarily responsible for license applications, reviewing regulatory filings, inspection projects and devising customised policies and procedures, systems and controls for asset managers and alternative investment managers.

Winnie has previously been licensed with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities and leveraged on her skillset as an in-house VP, Compliance with Sun Hung Kai Financial (renamed as Everbright Sun Hung Kai) to build out the compliance framework and programme on a combination of regulated activities, insurance and MPF products.

Winnie received her BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and LLM (CR) from the University of Hong Kong.
MSc in Banking; and MA in Professional Accounting & Information Systems from the City University of Hong Kong.

Winnie speaks English, Cantonese and Manadrin.
